Mariette Marsh is the Assistant Vice President for Regulatory Affairs/Integrity at the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. With over 20 years of experience in higher administration, Mariette has a developed skill set that focuses on research ethics, flexible application of regulatory requirements, and organizational improvement. She is responsible for the oversight of the numerous compliance programs including IRB, IACUC, Research Integrity, ESCRO committee, quality office, biosafety, chemical, radiation, lab safety, and Occupational Health. She received her masters degree in Public Affairs, specializing in public policy, from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and is certified in IRB, HIPAA Privacy, and Hospital research compliance.
