Ivor A. Pritchard, PhD, is retired after 37+years of federal service. His last position was as the senior advisor to the director at OHRP in HHS. He came to OHRP in 2004 from the Institute for Education Sciences at the US Department of Education, where he was a senior research analyst. He joined the US Department of Education in 1986. He has a PhD in philosophy from Boston University. His research interests are in research ethics and federal policy.
