Melissa McGee is the Assistant Director of Research Integrity Services at the University of New Hampshire, where she is responsible for providing guidance, administration and training to the University’s faculty and staff regarding HIPAA privacy compliance, financial conflicts of interest in research, human subjects protection and IRB services, research misconduct, as well as export controls and sanctions compliance. She previously worked in UNH's Sponsored Programs Administration as a Grants & Contracts Administrator. Prior to UNH, Melissa was an associate attorney at one of New Hampshire’s largest law firms, where she advised hospitals, nursing homes and medical practices in federal and state healthcare compliance and policy matters. She also has experience as the Project Manager for an NIMH-funded study of PTSD assessment and treatment. Melissa received her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, and her JD from UNH's Franklin Pierce School of Law.
