Julie Haltiwanger, MPA., CIP, CHRC, CCRP, currently serves as the Director of the Human Subjects Protection Program at Florida State University. With over 20 years of experience in human subject protection, including 10 years as an IRB member, Julie brings extensive knowledge and expertise to her role in ensuring research compliance for both social-behavioral and clinical research. Additionally, she is a passionate advocate for children in the foster care system.
