Molly Shiflet serves as the Operations Manager at Vanderbilt University Medical Center's Human Research Protections Program (HRPP). She is a Certified IRB Professional and has a Master's in Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh. In her role, Molly oversees the day-to-day operations of the HRPP and works closely with colleagues both within the HRPP and externally to implement best practices and streamline IRB review processes. Throughout her six years at VUMC, she has served as a mentor and regulatory expert for HRPP staff to ensure the ethical conduct and regulatory compliance of human subjects research across the institution.
