This session will cover advanced issues surrounding the use of wildlife in research. Attendees should have a basic understanding of the Animal Welfare Act and Regulations and the Guide, and knowledge of the Professional Taxon-Specific Guidelines in the context of oversight and compliance. Through case-based learning and facilitated discussion, participants will explore nuanced challenges associated with wildlife animal use activities in research.
