The use of AI in human research is rapidly expanding and evolving. This session will provide an overview of recent HHS regulatory guidance and offer insights into potential future directions being considered by regulatory bodies. Attendees will deepen their understanding of emerging regulatory expectations and how these may influence institutional practices. The discussion will also cover the implications for ethics oversight, policy development, and the protection of research participants.
