This session will examine how institutions identify and manage COIs, addressing both regulatory requirements and, where applicable, AAHRPP accreditation standards. Speakers will showcase a range of institutional models and highlight best practices for effective COI oversight. The session will also explore the role of ethics committees in evaluating and mitigating conflicts, and offer practical strategies for implementing and monitoring COI management plans to ensure ongoing compliance.
