PRIMR25/SBER25 Registration and Fees

PRIMR25 and SBER25 registration will open May 1, 2025. The following information is about our registration process and policies. Please be sure to review this information before registering.

*Food kiosks will be available November 6-8, 2025 with items for purchase. A $35 food voucher will be provided each day for November 7 and 8, 2025 if you are registered in-person for PRIMR25. An additional food voucher will be provided for attendees registered in-person on November 6, 2025 for any PRIMR25 Workshop or SBER25.Vouchers can only be used at designated Baltimore Convention Center food outlets. Credits will not be given for any unredeemed voucher amount.
**Government Rate: Applies to anyone working for a Federal Government Agency. Before registering, email us from your government email address to request access. Once your employment is confirmed, you will be notified that you can register.
***Student Rate: Available to anyone enrolled full-time in a high school or college/university at the time of the conference. Before registering, sign into your PRIM&R account and upload a copy of your student enrollment as a sensitive document. After this information is received, you will be notified that you can register.

 

Member rate: This rate is available to PRIM&R members only and CAREB-ACCER members that are not PRIM&R members. CAREB-ACCER members, please contact our Membership team in order to receive the PRIM&R Member rate. 

Group discount: For every 10 individual registrations purchased by a single institution (person, virtual, PRIMR25, SBER25), we will provide one free additional registration equal to or less than the most expensive registration in the group. Register and pay for the first 10 individuals online first, then send proof of registration and payment to registration@primr.org. Once your purchase is verified, we will provide instructions for using your free registration(s). Institutions that have multiple campuses/branches need to confine registrations to their campus/branch. The free registration must be processed before the conference happens.

Payment Options

Individuals can pay in the following ways:

  1. Online Registration: Please register online and note the following:
    --Each person must register themselves to ensure all contact information and registration selections are correct.  We are no longer allowing one person to register multiple people at a time online (see below on how to process payment for a group of registrations). 
    --Payment options include credit card at time of checkout, check (address listed below), or ACH or wire transfer (banking information below).
    --To pay by check, ACH, or wire transfer, select the “Invoice Me” option on the checkout page, enter PO number to create invoice. Mail checks to the address below. See bank information below for ACH and wire transfers. (if you don’t have a PO number, type “check/ACH/wire forthcoming” in the PO field). Please include sales order number from your invoice on payment remittance to ensure correct and prompt payment application. 
    --If you need to pay for multiple people in one payment, have each person register themselves and send you their invoices. Once all invoices are received, mail check to address below. See bank information below for ACH and wire transfers. (if you don’t have a PO number, type “check/ACH/wire forthcoming” in the PO field). Please include sales order number from your invoice on payment remittance to ensure correct and prompt payment application.  

  2. Register by PDF Registration Form: For those unable to use online registration because of extenuating circumstances only, please email us in order to fill out our PDF registration form. The forms should be completed and sent to PRIM&R by November 3. If you'll be paying by credit card, a PRIM&R staff member will contact you. Send checks to the address below. Be sure to include all sales order numbers from the invoices on payment remittance to ensure correct and prompt payment application.
