Conference Location and Hotels
Conference Venue
The 2025 PRIM&R Annual Conference (PRIMR25) will take place on November 7-8 at the Baltimore Convention Center (BCC) in Baltimore, MD. The SBER conference will take place in the same location on November 6. The BCC is a large event venue situated within walking distance to several hotels, restaurants, and shopping. The facility is ADA compliant.
Hotel Accommodations
PRIM&R has arranged for a
discounted rate at select hotels and that are available until October 15th, 2025 (depending on property). Information on participating hotels, rates, and distance from convention center are below.
The PRIMR25 housing site will open in June 2025. Please note the following about conference hotels:
- Hotel rooms include free Wi-Fi.
- Rates are valid three days before and after PRIM&R's meeting dates.
- A limited number of per diem rates are available at some properties (see list below). Do NOT book rooms in these blocks until you are sure of your travel. Once these rooms are filled, it is unlikely we can add more (as a result of the pandemic/economy, hotels have limited the number of per diem rooms we can block). Per diem rates are set by the US General Services Administration (November 2025 rates are TBD, but you will be charged this rate at checkout).
- Your hotel rewards numbers will be acknowledged.
- PRIM&R is using TripZero to assist with hotel bookings. TripZero is a Certified B Corporation that calculates the carbon footprint created by individuals to travel to events. Then, they offset that footprint through the purchase of Certified Carbon Offsets.
- If you are contacted by an organization other than PRIM&R or TripZero about hotel arrangements, DO NOT give them your information.
++Hotel rooms are subject to applicable state and local taxes and fees in effect at the time of check-out (currently: Baltimore Occupancy Tax of 15.5%, and a Baltimore Tourism Assesment tax of 2% of room rate per room, per night).
